About the event
Due to the huge success of my last SOLD OUT Day Retreat with meditation and Flower Remedy Workshop I am so pleased to announce I will be hosting another special, magical Retreat on Sunday 1st February to honour Imbolc.
This is the perfect time to realign your body, mind and spirit after the festive period.
The spiritual meaning of Imbolc is renewal, purification, and the anticipation of spring. It marks the midpoint between the winter solstice and the spring equinox and is a time to welcome the first signs of new life emerging from the earth, both physically and spiritually. Key themes include awakening, making space for new beginnings, creativity, and honoring the goddess Brigid.
I have planned such a beautiful retreat day which also will include learning a little bit about the Bach Flowers and an opportunity for you to make your own remedy.
