Each month I will make a bespoke Bach Flower Remedy aligning with the energies of the month with new intentions.

The Remedy helps us to embrace and ground to the new season, allowing the transition of the season to feel smooth.

Oral remedy x 4 drops to be taken x 4 times per day .
